Formation of Limited Company

Information Required for Registering a Company in Hong Kong:
- Chinese and/or English names, or single Chinese or English name of the company
- Copies of ID cards or passports and residential proofs (issued in 3 months) of the shareholders and directors who must be over 18 years old
- One person which permanently residence in Hong Kong, acting as the company secretary (our associated company, Asia Prime Corporate Service Limited, can take up this post if needed).
- Hong Kong registered company office address
A company can normally be formed within one day.
